Customers may return or exchange a purchase up to 60 days after the date of delivery under our flexible return policy.

30 DAYS EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We have a simple Return policy of 30 days. With respect to the inquiries, you can contact us via email and our customer support representative can resolve your request within 24 hours. After 30 days no return is engaged or entertained.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERS
The proposal for cancellation of the order will be submitted within 24 hours, so if the cancellation is done within 24 hours, we must refund the whole balance in the account of the consumer, however, in case the buyer ever wants to withdraw the order such that the following provisions apply.
Canceling the order after 24 hours would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum.
Cancellation of the order before arrival or when it is in the shipment process would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum along with shipment charges too.

Cancellation of Order
