We have a simple Return policy of 10 days. With respect to the inquiries, you can contact us via email and our customer support representative can resolve your request within 24 hours. After 10 days no return is engaged or entertained.


  • Email (within 24 hours) to initiate the return process. Your email will mention that you want a refund or an exchange. If it’s for an exchange, we need to test whether the correct size is accessible.
  • All returns shall be made within 10 days. We would require your order number, summary (including images if available), original packaging, logos and all other details regarding your product usage to help us understand the possible defect.
  • Exchanges are based upon supply. Please note that the object you are searching for is with us. If we don’t have it, we should give a refund.
  • If we obtain an object and consider it has violated our rules, we will not process the submission.
  • If the tag is missing from our parcel when it reached to our warehouse it won’t be refunded back.
  • If you want to return back the product without having an authentic reason then the shipping charges would be applicable.
  • The customized jackets will not be returned, as it is specifically made on request.

If a product is discovered to be faulty due to a manufacturing mistake or faulty materials we will replace the product if necessary.


The proposal for cancellation of the order will be submitted within 24 hours, so if the cancellation is done within 24 hours, we must refund the whole balance in the account of the consumer, however in case the buyer ever wants to withdraw the order such that the following provisions apply.

Canceling the order after 24 hours would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum.

Cancellation of the order before arrival or when it is in the shipment process would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum along with shipment charges too.

How to Return an Item

Please complete the form included in your order, including the reason code. Repack the item you wish to return in original packaging. Be sure to enclose your return form. Be certain to save the top portion of the packing slip for your records. All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, and contain all original tags and accessories.

How to Exchange an Item

Please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item.

  • Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products
